Susan Williams is a bronze sculptor residing in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her fascination with capturing expressive moments and arranging human form to enhance the use of negative space has allowed her to create works of art that are visually inviting and buoyantly spirited collections of human representations. Susan’s sculptures convey prominent and distinctive impressions. It is her aim to create aesthetically beautiful work with social and historic conscience. Susan is a former Little Rock School District Art Teacher. She has studied at Loveland Academy of Fine Arts, Loveland, Colorado under the direction of world-renowned sculptor, EvAngelos Frudakis. She has also studied at Vaugel Studios, under the instructions of Martine Vaugel, a world-renowned sculptor of Paris, France. Susan’s work has been shown at the Butler Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, the Akainyah Art Gallery in Chicago, Illinois, and the William Jefferson Clinton Library in Little Rock.
